What we offer
Cafeteria
Located on the ground floor of the building, the cafeteria occupies the area for the staff that looked after the Amatller Family and the old Amatller Family garage. This cafeteria has an extensive menu of fresh and healthy products; here you will be able to drink a cup of chocolate from the original recipe of more than a century ago in its indoor terrace.
Shop
Located next to the cafeteria, you can discover a vast selection of sweets and chocolates, as well as other objects related to Casa Amatller and its sweet history.
Cloakroom
Located in the building’s ticket office, we offer a cloakroom service for backpacks, suitcases or other personal items.
Lift
There is a lift, which all those people with reduced mobility, can exclusively access.
Wifi
We offer free wifi connection for all visitors.
HERITAGE
Conservation of the heritage
In order to conserve the heritage in its original condition, the house is always visited with special shoe covers, provided by the Casa Museu Amatller. Access with high heels is not permitted. It is also forbidden to touch the heritage elements of the house, such as decorations or furniture.
The house can also not be accessed with walking sticks or crutches in order to preserve the flooring. In these cases, and if the visitor so wishes, the museum house will always provide a wheelchair for the visit.

Accessibility to the Casa Museu Amatller is one of the Foundation’s main pillars, always promoting access to people who suffer from any disability or reduced have mobility. We have the following services for this:
HERITAGE
Security and taking photographs
Security
For security reasons, access is not permitted with backpacks, umbrellas, sticks or any other object that could damage the house’s decoration or furniture. If you access with these elements, you will be offered to leave them in the cloakroom on the ground floor.
Taking photographs
You will be able to take photographs without flash or recordings for personal use and as a souvenir of your visit. Under no circumstances may photographs taken during the visit be used for commercial or advertising purposes. The use of the tripod is also not permitted.
